Arc-Line's Force Delivery

CyberD(UK).com Ltd have supplied the country's first police Internet kiosk. This kiosk has been installed in the Avon and Somerset Constabulary's first new-look front office officially opened at Bath Police Station on Thursday the 18th April.

This pilot office has been designed to better serve the public and as an aid to this includes an Internet kiosk providing free access to the Avon and Somerset Constabulary's award-winning web site as well as links to the Royal United Hospital, traffic information, Bath and North East Somerset Council and many more. Visitors to the police station will be able to report crimes and give information to Crimestoppers confidentially. Information is also available about crimes in various areas and there is advice on what to do in certain situations.

Chief Superintendent Rod Hansen, commander of Bath and North East Somerset Police District, said: "We have tried to make the new area as welcoming as possible and we have installed many new facilities which will increase public reassurance and make police enquiries a much simpler and more accessible process."
