Kiosk Voyager

CyberD have supplied and installed six Opti-Wall kiosks onboard the Stena Line HSS Voyager. These touchscreen kiosks are installed with Simple Surf 2 and Watch Dog 2 to provide a stable and easy to use cybercafe system for passengers.

Stena Line were able to confidently instruct CyberD to supply these terminals based on our experience of fitting an Opti-Wall onboard the Stena Line Caledonia as part of Traffic Scotland's involvement in the European Government's Streetwise project. The system onboard the Voyager uses satelite telecommunications to access the World Wide Web and is credit controlled via a payment portal and scratch card system.

Services, Support and Systems from CyberD

The hardware consists of a touch screen, keyboard, trackball and PC. CyberD were able to provide a complete on site commisioning service including network connection, software installation and maleware protection. The software consists of Simple Surf 2, Watch Dog 2 and network connectivity monitor.
