The Advanced
Monitor checks the values of CD, CTS
and DSR lines and the listed Flow Controls at the interval set using
the slider (default is 250ms). Using the toggle buttons you reverse
the flow control value.
The monitor
can be started and stopped with the "Start/Stop" button, by
default the monitor is Stopped.
